Installers working with end-user customers, whether private swimming pools or public facilities, may be faced with technical questions when installing, commissioning and maintaining a cover using one of our motors, systems or components.

UNICUM is a manufacturer of motorization solutions that works exclusively with roofing companies, the only ones authorized to provide assistance and service on the equipment distributed.

We only provide technical support for the exclusive use of our partners:

By providing essential technical data on UNICUM products via the UNICUM Direct Service application.
By providing a list of videos, these tutorials give advice on commissioning and/or maintenance of our products.

If, however, you are unable to locate the cover manufacturer for your installation, we will try to obtain the manufacturer’s details from the motor serial number (for equipment manufactured after 2010), please contact us using the contact form.
