You are a private or public user, an individual or a professional/community owner/operator of a swimming pool with a cover or shelter using one of our components. Are you looking for a solution to an installer’s breakdown and/or failure?
Our position and responsibility as a manufacturer and supplier of components commits us to cover manufacturers, who are responsible for the proper integration of our motors and peripheral equipment. They provide follow-up and support to the pool installers in charge of final installation on site.
UNICUM is therefore unable to work directly with private individuals and end customers who are bound by contractual compliance guarantees and insurances with the professionals in charge of selling and installing pools and covers.
We advise you to contact the manufacturer directly and ask for a list of professionals in your area who are dealers and trained in its products. Don’t hesitate to ask an electrician for advice, as he or she will be able to detect any faulty installation that could be a source of problems.
