Private pools
Soft covers and bar covers
The most economical solutions for covering private pools are either soft covers or bar covers. The UNIMOT 35, with its high rotation speed (14rpm), sturdiness, ease of installation and low cost, is the most suitable solution for this type of cover.
Automatic safety cover (Four seasons)
Automatic security covers require fast, powerful and water-resistant motorization. UNIMOT APC, with its control boards, is a safe, low-voltage motorization solution that offers all these features, and much greater ease of installation than solutions with hydraulic motors.
Application of above-ground geared motors
Gearmotors for private pool covers are generally installed “above ground”. Inexpensive and easy to install, they are the preferred solution for standard applications, with no particular requirements other than reliability and durability.
Public pools
Thermal covers used in public pools require both high torque and fast speed, so that less time is spent on these sometimes tedious operations. The PL and DL range of UNICUM motors includes an 8 rpm variant specifically designed for this application.
Thermal cover application for public pools
Use of the 8rpm range halves the time needed to close and open covers on public pools. The DL series also offers emergency operation which allows the cover to be operated even in the event of a power cut.
