Bluetooth
Two-channel box, supplied with 12V or 24V DC, must be installed close to the motor control unit. It is connected by three wires in parallel with the key switch.
This solution, equipped with an on-board Bluetooth receiver, can be used on any UNICUM power supply, but also on all previous versions and on all motorized basins with UNICUM motors.
By connecting to the receiver via Bluetooth, and if you’re equipped with the free Uni Pool Easy Control app (Android or IOS), you can easily control your pool cover from your smartphone.
The smartphone application lets you configure the security code and Bluetooth source power. The box can be physically installed close to the shutter box (e.g. in the post of an above-ground shutter). The operator will be able to reduce the Bluetooth range to a minimum, thus achieving NFP-compliant installation.
(1) The software for opening and closing the shutter requires a security code to access the controls.
(2) If the user requests to close the pool, he/she will be asked to stand close to the pool and check that no-one is still in the water. By confirming his agreement, the operator can then close the pool.
(3) In the configuration and settings page, you can modify the power emitted by the Bluetooth and, in particular, reduce it in the case of an above-ground application with a box mounted in the shutter post. In this way, if the installation is correct, the coverage will comply with standard NF P30-308.
